Martial arts/self defense classes in denver
I am looking for a martial arts class that offers more then just the physical part. I want a class that has mental exercises as well as training on the physical aspects. Also geared toward adult beginners. Maybe a program that starts out with a class or two that teachs you about the art itself and the mind set then moves to introduce to the physical aspects....
Does anyone know a good school in Denver?

aikido may be good for you. i dont know of any aikido in denver, but traditional aikido is purely defensive and highly promotes the mental aspects of the discipline.

Isn't there Shorinji Kempo in Golden, CO?
That has a more spiritual element to it. Highly recommended.
