Default Thoughts on this part of Centennial?

I've been skimming realtor.com again and found some houses that look OK but cheaper than I'd expect them to be. The houses date from the early 80's and are south of Quincy, north of Smokey Hill, and between Himalaya and E470. I know the farther south you go around there the better but is there anything wrong with that neighborhood? Foreclosure central? Former toxic waste dump? Giant veins of bentonite everywhere?

I used to work in the area, it's quite simply far from the rest of the metro. Long drive up Smoky Hill or Quincy to the FREEways. Also the fact that it's completely surrounded by new(er) construction on all sides probably drops the price some as well. No reason to go out there unless you live there.
