Might look into downtown Littleton. With the light rail right there it would make transportation pretty convenient.

I think in a way that's a good thing... I personally would never live in that neighborhood north of I-70. I would suggest somewhere around either downtown Littleton or downtown Englewood-- you could be walking distance from the light rail. Both Littleton and Englewood have nice walkable downtowns, great parks, access to the Platte River, overall decent area that's not ridiculously overpriced.

I found a little studio on Cook not far from City Park. It is perfect and I can't wait to move in!! how about another happy hour so I can brag!!!
