Great, Rover sounds awesome! So then does anyone have any opinions on which pub(s) I should hit then on Tuesday, St. Patricks Day? BTW, I know it will be packed then on Tuesday, that is fine, just want the true StPD experience, Denver style of course.

My experience with St. Pat's in Denver, and I've been doing this for about 18 yrs. now, is that if it's on a weekday, the huge bashes are on the weekend, after the parade. On a Tues. night, it'll be quite dead out there. Denver doesn't care what day it's on, as the parade is always on a Sat., hence the festivities are that day.

Sounds like we have picked a winner for our next Happy Hour! The 14th of March at the Irish Rover, just need to decide on a time. I prefer 4:00 or 5:00 but can really do anytime. I do plan to check out the parade and shoot some pics in the morning. Any one else have thoughts?
Spot, are you out there? The Rover is an incredilbly easy bus ride from downtown and ample parking should you want to drive, and drink very little. Denver police really crack down on drunk drivers during any holiday celebration, which is a good thing - FYI.
I head for Dallas on the 6th and return on the 11th, so want to get this firmed up before I head out. Time flies when you are planning fun!!!
