Lookout Mtn neighborhoods in Golden
Does anyone have any insight on how/whether the new tower on Lookout Mtn is going to affect real estate values in the surrounding neighborhoods? Would families hesitate to buy on Lookout Mtn because of health risk fears? Is it true that radio and television reception are poor in those neighborhoods?
