Default Apartment Feedback

I'll probably start posting a lot of these...just to warn you. Anyone know anything about these apartments...location? safety? distance to downtown?

ok, I don't have a lot of info. This is an older building. It's on 1st and Clarkson. So to get to the main center of the city (considered Broadway & Colfax), you would be 15 blocks to Colfax and I'm guessing 5-6 blocks to Broadway. It's a good area. We lived very close to that spot. Lots of bus routes. You could walk to downtown, but it'd be a hefty walk. Often, I would take one bus that put me at a certain point where I could walk the rest of the way 5-6 blocks.
