Hey there,

We're trying to find a realtor to help show my fiance around a bunch of rentals in the southern denver area.

We're trying to find a condo, townhouse, or single family home to rent with a max rent of $1200.

I'm going to be working in the Highlands Ranch area, though we aren't sure where my fiance will be yet.

Currently looking at:

Highlands Ranch
Possibly Englewood
Possibly Parker
Maaaaybe Castle Rock

Need a safe area definitely. We also have a dog and possibly a cat. We'd like a LITTLE room if possible for the dog. Maybe a small fenced in yard via townhouse. IF we can find a nice little single family home in a decent under our rental amount, that would be fantastic.

Anyway, we'd rather not just roll the dice when she flies there thursday... but will if we can't find someone to help us.

I don't think the realtors here work that way. It was my thought that realtors in Denver work strictly for home sales. Maybe someone else here can answer.
