Hi, I'm moving back to Colorado to attend the Art Institute in Downtown Denver. I used to live in Colorado Springs, so I don't know too much about Denver. I have a two year old son and I'm a 25 year old single mom, so I want a safe area with good schools, but still obviously at least semi-close to the Art Institute. Can anyone give me any ideas about what areas I should look in to buy a house? Well, a house, townhouse or condo I should say. Thanks for any help you can give!!
