Cherry Creek HS is considered at capacity. The school takes only a limited number of in-district transfers (about 30 - 40, first come, first served), and a few children of CCSD staff members.

In my personal opinion, the best suburb is far and away Golden.

some of the house prices are a little higher in Arvada because they're closer to trails/mountains and there is much lower crime. It is definitely worth it. There are several newer neighborhoods with association fees and extras -- and older neighborhoods that are clean and established! Good Luck
Agreed! The newer parts of Arvada is very nice and the highschool is ranked high in the state. I also like that it's close by to Westminster where there's an Asian Grocery.

Where are the newer parts of Arvada located?
Also, what is the going price range?
