Default Need a SlumLord

I have lousy credit, a high paying job, excellent rental history and am moving to Denver. I dont want to go thru the humiliation of denial and the money waste.

Anybody know of a landlord in the denver area that doesnt check credit or doesnt care about it?

I have two big dogs so it probably need to be a house not an apt.

I am a good renter. Just have lousy credit.

I dotn know anyone with good credit so a cosigner is not an option. More money may be but I dotn feel like gambling. Would rather go with someone who experience says will rent to me

I have never had anyone ask to do a credit check here, have been here 12 years and moved frequently.

Where are you moving from? If you are from out of state, be braced for absolutely no tenant rights...and we had to move twice in one year because the landlords didn't make their mortgage payments even though we paid the rent and the houses went to a bank auction.

You will know if someone is going to check your credit because usually they will ask for a fee. Craigslist is a little sketchy with all the scam artists posing as landlords, but that's one way to get in touch with a slumlord, since they can advertise for free there. And if you tell them upfront you have great rental history and offer references there's not an issue.

Contact State Rep. Douglas Bruce. He has many such properties to choose from.
