Suggestion of apt location (Denver: apartments, rentals, how much)

I just got a new job in downtown Denver.
After several days of research, I list my potential apartment choices here, and I appreciate if you can give me some suggestions!

1. Tabor House , DU area, $ 1000, 2512 South University Boulevard
2. Cherry Creek Place Apartments , 4-mile house park (country club area), $1100, 848 S Dexter St
Denver, CO 80246
3. nuvo modern rentals , Cheesemen park, $1500, 1211 Vine St Denver, CO 80206

Those are all in good areas, it all boils down to which apartment you would like the best, how much you want to pay, and/or how long of a commute you can tolerate. None of those are that far from downtown, the apartments on Vine are by far the closest, however.

It seems that amongst your choices, the apartments get cheaper the further from downtown you go.
