Angry Health care, jobs & public transportation

I live in Orange County California and have recently developed COPD, the county health is non-existent here. I have also lost my job and car. It is looking bleak. Someone told me Colorado and Denver in particular is the answer for all three needs which are public transportation, county health care and jobs. Are they right?

I am from OC too. I'm also a nurse. What I can assure is that most COPD'ers don't do well in this altitude. THe lack of oxygen in the air is not good for any respiratory ailment. Something to seriously consider. PS - Many COPD'ers cough a whole lot more up here in the sky.

I thought it was self explanatory.....

The closer to sea-level you are (like OC), the more oxygen per cubit foot of airspace, so you'll do better the closer to sea-level you are. Also, better areas would be free of smog, pollution and be a dryer climate. Humidity will exasperate your COPD likely. Good luck
