Default Moving to Denver-Gaylord Ave.
Hello I am relocating to Denver in the next month. I am thinking of buying a house on Gaylord, around 33rd. Can anyone tell me if these is a decent area? I'm a single white male, moving with my dog. Just wanting to make sure this a fairly safe area before I drive to Colorado to look at the house as I am living out of state.

The neighborhood is called Cole.
