My partner moved to Denver from Tennessee last year and was able to find accounting work quickly (within two weeks, actually) with the help of a staffing agency. I can't remember which one it was right now, but it was business/accounting specific, and he has been happy with the job. It was a temp-to-hire position, so his salary for the first three months wasn't that great, but then he became a permanent employee of the company and received a raise.

My personal favorite job search website is indeed.com because it indexes a lot of the other major sites, like yahoo and monster, and also indexes postings to craigslist, newspapers, and other somewhat more obscure websites.
