Default ? about Sante Fe Drive

Does anybody know if there is any plans for revitalization along Santa Fe between the arts district and I-25. I'm moving somewhat close to that area and this is one of the few areas that seems like it needs a facelift.

William, I suggest contacting the City of Denver Planning Office. They would know if there are any redevelopment plans. Since the arts district improvements have not gone very far south, I doubt that there is much going on with housing in that area. The stuff that yodi talked about is on the south side of I-25, so probably would not have impacts on the north side.

The Gates factory is a massive Development that is more focused around broadway than santa fe eventhough both streets are close together. I would say that once it is completed or further along in construction you begin to see a gentrification of the area around it.
