Hello, we are in the process of relocating to Parker-Pradera to be exact. I've notice quite a few homes have been on market for a long time. Does anyone have suggestions on how the market is out there. we are coming from So Cal. and reduce the price of our home greatly! Pradera seems to have a lot of construction going on still and (again) not many houses moving.
Thanks

I have a friend that lives in Pradera and yes they are still building but I think that with the way housing is going these days they might be slowing down the pace of new construction.

likewise...also looking at pradera. i think it will be an unsettling year/2 in that area...until demand catches up with supply...BUT..it WILL happen as building slows and precipitous price declines bring in many new, excited buyers. no better way to clear a market than for prices to come down to realistic levels. many houses in pradera are now being offered for 65 cents on the buck...compared to 2005 levels.
