This isn't in Denver but Boulder. It looks so good. VG Burgers - Organic Food Fast
Hopefully they will expand and come to Denver

They are expensive and the portions are small. You'll need to buy like 3 burgers to fill yourself up. It's not worth it for the money unless you've really got a lot of disposable income. It's delicious though ...

I can't speak specifically to veggie burgers, sorry, but you may be interested to know that Watercourse is a great vegetarian restauarant in Denver. Check out their menu. Looks like they have a tempeh burger. WaterCourse Foods - Denver's Premier Vegetarian Restaurant

No veggie burger is of any value IMHO. If you're a vegetarian, just cut it out alltogether.

Red Robin- you can substitute boca or garden patties for any of their burgers. I love their Santa Fe burger with the garden patty!
I second Watercourse Foods as well- one of the best vegetarian restaurants around here. The Leaf in Boulder is worth a visit too. I also agree with the poster who spoke about VG burger- the portions are too small!

I will third Watercourse and toss in Racine's (garden burger or the Portobello) and the Hornet (black bean and veggie burger) on south Broadway.

I 4th... Watercourse. The best veggie burger I've ever had. Get their tempeh burger blackned with Brie. OH, heaven on a bun! Everything from watercourse is amazing
