Question Travel nurse moving to Denver in Oct.

Hello, so I just found this forum and had to join. I am a 24 year old travel ICU nurse who is presently living in West Palm Beach, Fl. Although Florida has been fun and it has some really great clubs and bars for a single girl like myself, I am over it. I am looking forward to snow and am hoping to get involved in some winter sports. I am from Knoxville, Tennessee and have been traveling for almost three years, so moving is kinda part of my life. My questions are pretty basic, what are the better hospitals in the area? Safe apartments that are close to the downtown area that anyone could recommend? And where would be the best places to meet people?
Thank you for your time.
