You have me intrigued with Bradburn- if we can afford it. Are the prices dropping at all ( they sure did where we live now-- NE of Denver)?
You would also like Stapleton; closer to the city, more parks and at least for now increasing values.

armstrong001 is on a distinguished road
I just moved to Belle Creek last week, and what sold us on the neighborhood was the low price and the number of families surrounding us. It seems as though each house has at least one kid. We have a 3 1/2 year old and are excited to get her out and playing with other kids. We moved from Alamosa, and were about 10 miles outside of town with no kids to play with. I work near the Federal Center, and have been getting into work in about 30 minutes.
