Hello!

Can anyone recommend a real estate agent and/or banker around the Golden, CO area? Someone you have worked with first hand who has experience with first time homebuyers would be ideal.

I bought a house in Golden through Ted Leslie with Remax. He is excellent! Very patient, knowledgeable, and makes good recommendations for home-related services. We came from the east coast and didn't know squat about real estate around here - Ted was a HUGE help.

jody Sheahan w. Keller williams is a wonderful agent for first time home buyers and works in the Denver/GOlden area. She also works w. a home inspector who has been a god-send for me as a first time home buyer.
