Default Any dollar theaters around?

I am looking for things to do this weekend with my kids that are relatively inexpensive. Does anyone know of a cheap movie theater in the Denver area? We just moved to Centennial about 6 months ago so im still becoming familiar with the area.

There's one in the Tiffany Plaza mall (Hampden and Tamarac area-- on the south side of Hampden; don't confuse it with the other movie theater in Tamarac Square on the north side), right next to the Whole Foods. I've been there before-- it's a really neat place. I don't remember if it's exactly one dollar, but it's a very, very cheap way to see movies that have been out for a long while.

There's one at Hampden/Tamarac, I think the sign says "Movies 6", and I think the movies are $1.50.

Default they're hit and miss

the one on hampden is pretty convenient (be sure to go to the one on the south side of the street since there's also a first run full price one across the street) but it's also pretty shoddy. Very cheap on tuesdays- about $.75. But I've had bad luck there: saw one movie and 5 minutes before the end the screen split with the actors heads at the bottom and their necks at the top; and went once where they just didn't show the movie....they called it "a miscommunication between the staff". You get what you pay for here.

There are also ones in Arvada and Littleton. Look in the Newspaper, all the times are there along with the addresses.
