CityParkMom is on a distinguished road
My favorite are the boulevards w/ the big trees & cool houses in Denver--7th, 6th, 17th, Monaco...Commerical, I vote Colfax! No suprise since I can see it from my kitchen window...it's got some characters but at least in my area (CPS) the good far outweighs the bad.

I love LoDo, all the fun places to eat, tattered cover, and great decorations during the holidays.

For housing, 6th Ave. definitely gets my vote...especially closer to Colorado Blvd. I wish I could afford one of those!
