One could also take Belleview, or Hampden (via I-25) to I-225 and get to the airport that way, thus avoiding downtown.
True but 225 is often a parking lot, much like 270.

Only if you decide/have to traverse it during rush hour.

You can also take E-470 to the airport. It is a toll road, but is never crowded. It takes about 45 minutes. 25 to 225 during light traffic also about 45 minutes.

The City of Littleton is in Arapaho County. to the west you are in unincorporated Jefferson County with a Littleton Address. To the south you are in Douglas County, but could still have a Littleton address.l to the east is Centennial, and I believe you could still have a Littleton address. About 3 different school districts in all of that.

Do you want to live near downtown Littleton? Older suburbs? Newer Suburbs?

Most of the city of Littleton seems like 1970's or older. Maybe not all, but a lot. Highlands Ranch is in Douglas County, and borders Littleton on the south. HR is mostly newer construction, the oldest being about 25 years old.
