What are the cleanest, safest neighborhoods with apartments within 30 minutes of the airport?

Oh god.

Search the threads. There is plenty of info on this topic, and I don't think you'll find what you are looking for within 30 minutes of the airport. DIA is surrounded by grass mostly, and a few neighborhoods, neighborhoods the C-D society at large wouldn't largely consider "clean" or "safe".

It takes me about 30 minutes to get to DIA, I'm on the eastern side of Thornton near I76, there's a number of newer apartments in the area. I actually drive 104th ave to Tower road, and then to Pena Blvd to get there. Along that way there's a lot of new development in an area called "Reunion", but it looks more like houses and not so much apartments.

Not sure if there's apartment development going on on the other side of Pena off Tower Road, but it might be worth a look, I've been seeing a lot of development over there over the last 4 years.

Haha, ok Matt.

It just seems like we get one of those "where is the clean, safe, cheap place near the airport posts," every week.

I agree. No one is suggesting you read through every post. Our former mod, MikeFromBackEast organized a lot of threads by topic and made a "sticky". The next mod, suzco, kept it up for a while, however, she found people didn't use it very much. Most of us get tired of writing the same old, same old about cheap apartments near (fill in the blank).

To add to the above; define safe anyway.
