Default Columbine Knolls South?

Hubby and I are seriously considering buying a house in Columbine Knolls south , right off C470 & S. Pierce. We haven't looked that far east in Littleton before, so I'm wondering in anyone could tell me if this neighborhood is friendly? I did see some kids out & about in the neighborhood, so I know there are kids, and the schools are good.

Anyone have any experience with this neighborhood?

Much thanks in advance.

I grew up in this area. I moved away and moved back because I never found anywhere I liked as well as LIttleton.

The neighborhood of Columbine Knolls is a good neighborhood. But so are the other neighborhoods on nearby.
