ha! It's funny, after my post, the predominant suggestion was WATER! Really though, increase that and you'll feel a lot better.

When I visited from coastal Georgia in September, I had to put on lip balm twice a day, and my nose was really dry. Had a headache of sorts my second day there, but that seemed to dissipate. I definitely noticed a difference when I was climbing stairs, etc. of being out of breath, that was two weeks after being in the area- and I'm in decent shape, never smoked. Except that one time I found my dad's tobacco pipe when I was nine and took a big inhale and then threw up everywhere. Damn it, I knew it would come back to haunt me one day!
