sports bars for out of town fans
ok now i ask this question for my poor husband who is a fan of the detroit lions. we are moving to denver at the end of the month. can anyone tell me if they know of any sports bars in town that happen to be a "lions bar" or a place where lions fans come together and console each other in their misery?

Check the Lions web page for out of town fan clubs. I know the Buffalo Bills have Bills Backers all over the US includind Denver and San Diego.

Don't know of a Lions bar, but I was sorry to hear about Kitna on IR for the year. He's a good guy and I like him.

I'm another miserable Lions fan
But also a Bills fan because of my BF and friends. We always watch the games at LoDo's which is a Bills bar and also a Michigan bar........usually at least one tv will have the Lions on if they are playing at the same time.
There is probably a Lions bar somewhere! |

We just moved here in July from MI. I know it's not the same but my husband always listens to them on the computer, I believe it is 97.1 website. Quite a bit of yelling at the computer also.

Im new to Denver and am also on the lookout for a Lions bar. Haven't found one yet, but I know if you go to an "Old Chicago" bar they have the NFL package and a TON of tvs. There will usually be a small crowd of Lions fans around the tv thats showing the Lions game. It works for me until I can find something better!
