Default Morrison - SE corner of 470/285

Thinking about buying a house in the area. Found a really nice 3 bedroom 1 bath with a two car garage.

The area doesn't look as nice as some of the other suburbs I have looked at such as Arvada. But I like the location since it is so close to 470 and the mountains.

The schools seem good and the crime seems to be a bit higher since their is no local police force.

Wondering what your thoughts are on that area?

Thanks!

Yes. Was figuring this was better than bumping.

I really didn't get any good answers in that thread 3 months ago...was hoping to take a different approach.

Personally, I like the area. I have sold more houses along the C-470 corridor in South Jeffco than any other place. I lived at Chatfield & Wads for 10 years.

It sucks if you are commuting to DTC or Downtown, otherwise it's a nice place.
