I just returned from a house hunting trip to Englewood/Greenwood Village. I was amazed to see that the rate of construction seems to continue unabated despite all that I have read about rising inventories and builders having to incentivize buyers. What is the truth about the housing market in this area? Builders must be optimistic about future growth, true? Also when will south Denver have enough fast food joints and strip malls? It is starting to look like a mile high San Fernando Valley in LA.

You either use the workers and weather the storm or loose them forever to another.

It does make for healthier competition and a better product.

Never been to SFV, in LA...but where is demand, the suppliers will come.
