It depends on exactly where you are. Sales tax in Colorado is a confusing mess. You've got state taxes, county taxes, overlapping district taxes.

and if you buy something that is delivered to your home, you pay the sales tax for where you live rather than where the item is sold. every city and county is different, which is why some people will go to an area with lower taxes to do their shopping.
