Default New Providence Co builder in Bradburn, Westminster, CO

We are currently renting in Bradburn and are interested in buying in the 'Cottages at Madison Park' section of Bradburn. Does anyone have experience with the builder, New Providence Company?

Yes, I do. I live in Bradburn and my mother-in-law bought one of their townhomes (the brick ones on Bradburn Green) and I know most of the people in the current cottages. They are a very good builder and have done a good job with fixing any problems that have come up. Like most small builders right now however, they are struggling financially but have managed to hang in there. The cottages are well built and great quality, everyone I know who owns one (around 10 or so of them) loves them. They are much nicer quality than your standard tract builder, but their price is also higher because of that.

If you buy one on the larger park, know that the park gets used quite often, especially in the summer when we have movie nights in that park once or twice a month. If little kids running around bugs you, and you don't want to know or speak to your neighbors, probably not the best idea.

If you have more questions, feel free to send me a private message.
