Default Country Club Towers in Wash Park

Does anyone know of somebody that lives or has any information about the Country Club towers in Washington Park? Thanks. I did a search on here and didn't find much info.

Is this the two buildings off of Speer and Downing? If so, great views, convienent to tons of stuff but very expensive. I have been inside and loved the view of downtown from high up. I remember tall ceilings and large windows, must be costly to heat but it was secure and in a decent area. No doorman but thee was a garage and lot off the street.

If you are talking Country Club Gardens those are apartment rentals--the two towers right off Speer and Downing are known as 25 Downing.. they are privately owned luxury condos...I really don't know much about Country Club Gardens, but I can tell you about 25 Downing--I lived there about eight years ago...The Country Club Gardens are just a few blocks south and west of 25 Downing condos.

Ok I see what you're saying. I guess they are for rent by owner. The lady I spoke with made it sound like they were part of an apt. complex. I'll have to call her again tomorrow. Was 25 Downing nice? Can you give me some pros and cons? One thing she said was there is one Washer Dryer unit per floor. Here is the map http://www.countryclubtowers.com/forms/map_lg.gif. Thanks again.

That is correct Country Club Gardens are apartments, I have heard that they are nice and they are very well located...The place I lived was 25 Downing--just a few blocks away--I owned the condo myself..That building ranges in price from around 300k for a 830 sqft. one bedroom condo on up to a penthouse currently listed at almost 14 million...I have seen a few rentals posted by owners on craigslist periodically.I saw a one bedroom for $1500 mo. in Sept. and a two bedroom 1400 sqft. for $2200 mo.That is a nice place to live, just West of Denver Country Club...I think
Country Club Gardens where you initially spoke of will generally be cheaper to rent...The other thing about 25 Downing is will be harder to find a rental because most go up for sale... very small rental pool because of hoa building restrictions... When I still owned my condo at 25 Downing I rented mine for $1900 for two bedroom... I hope that clears it up a bit..
Good luck...

Ok, I guess I was wrong, they are apartments owned by a management complex and not individual owners. The Country Club Tower Apartments. 1 bedroom's are going for about $1000 on the 14th floor.
