Do you mean the city of Denver or the whole Denver metro area? I'll do both:
Specifically the City of Denver:
1. Young
2. Gentrified
3. "Urban-ist"
4. Liberal
5. Proud
Denver metro area as a whole (including Denver and suburbs):
1. Schiziophrenic
2. Plains
3. Midwestern-y
4. Average
5. Perspective
Boulder:
1. College
2. White
3. Athletic
4. Myth
5. Overappreciated

I've wondered the same thing many times. I had never even heard the phrase "cow town" until I moved here. Aside from the National Western Stock Show, which only happens for 2 weeks a year, can someone please enlighten me as to how Denver is a "cowtown?" I'm sure that there are many people who live in the inner city who have never even seen a cow, LOL.
