Moving to Littleton in two weeks
We'll be moving to Littleton in less than two weeks! Can someone please let me know
1) where I need to go for driver's license and plates
2) I have a 12 yr old in need of orthodontia work, any recommendations?
and
3) internet services-our apartment complex uses comcast cable. What would be the difference using them versus Qwest.

Kids will be going to Jefferson County schools. So, we won't be in the city.

There is a drivers license office on County Line Rd and Broadway. I don't know if that is the closest one to you. License plates are by county. I'm sure you can find a list of offices on line. Don't know about phone/internet. I despise Comcast. We have Qwest and Direct TV.

Regarding your question on Comcast vs Quest. Comcast is more expensive for internet if you use them solo for internet. If you bundle it with a package then the cost is a bit better. Speeds are decent.
We are switching to quest because comcast charges too much for everything and I don't like the way they do business. Once they decided to meter internet, we began looking elsewhere. I have never come anywhere close to the "limit" but I know someday that I will and I just don't like the concept of stifling the internet. Today's "bandwidth hog" is tommorows basic user. However if we had lived in an era of "limits and quotas" the internet would never have been as successful as it is today, let alone the future. but that is another discussion :-)
Good luck to you and welcome to the south metro. Littleton is a great city.

Thank you for all the info!
I'm not happy about having Comcast cable either, however the apartment complex we signed on with has it packaged into our rent.
