Is anyone familiar on how to go about applying for jobs with the new Four Seasons at 14th and Lawrence? I have a friend from Atlanta who is interested in moving to the Denver area in the future. The Four Seasons Web site was no help.

I was on the pre-opening team of a large major hotel and I can give you some advice. The Four Seasons is now under construction. They would have a staff in place in Denver, at this time, doing all the planning for Food and Beverage outlets and rooms, purchasing for FF&E(Food Furnishings and Equipment), and most importantly sales for banquets and convention business. These management professionals would have been transferred from other properties or hired directly. This hotel is also advertised having residential units and these are in the process of being sold, not by the Four Seasons, but by the developer.

If you have professional hotel expertise than you best bet would be to apply directly to the Four Season Main Office. Four Seasons Browser Compatibility Page. Even, if they are not advertising for a specific position, you may be just the right person at the right time. That is how I did it. I saw the hotel being planned and sent my resume. I was hired because I had the experience they needed, to plan and open a hotel. I started in my position about 9 months before the hotel opened.

When the hotel is getting close to completion, the management will have a local job fair for hourly service workers. The interviews are done by the opening staff who will be managing the departments.

I hope that helps,
