I'm talking apartments, and obviously that's floor space. I'm not moving or anything, but I'm doing a skyscraper project and I want to price the apartments at some what less than the average.

EDIT: Yeah, I mean what is the average cost per square foot.

Kinda vague question to answer. It dose vary quiet a bit. Assuming your talking 1 bedrooms they can go from 600 sqft low to 950 sqft larg.
I suggest that you look on forrent.com, put in the neighborhood that you will be building in and look at the areas floor plans to get a better idea.

Oh crap, I meant what's the average cost per square foot. I don't know if the information does exist, but I hope it does.

Technically you really should not pay more than $100 per square foot for a dwelling to live in.. We all know that is not the case... Denver typically runs around $265 to $306 per square foot...

I can look up price per square foot on resale properties.

Most properties located downtown are classified as condos. Subcategories, Lofts, Lo Rise, Hi Rise...

Rentals are a different animal.

Well anything that would fall under apartment/condo is what I'm looking to find out. Obviously rental is different because you're not buying anything outright.
