I plan on doing that when I get closer to retirement. I can't pass up the convenience of being able to walk to a multitude of fantastic restaurants or great pubs to catch a game, run in the park, a bike to downtown.

Don't get me wrong, I love the mountains and outdoors, but their easier to drive to than having to deal with driving to downtown, find parking, have drinks, and then worry about getting home.

Smile dating in denver

How's the dating scene in Denver for women in their mid forties? What's the men to women ratio? It can't be as bad as where I live now! Thanks!

By the process of Menveratiocination, you'll find this a happy hunting ground

You won't even need the fishing rod, just cast the wire and drag 20 fishes out

I honestly apologize if it seems as if I am trying to hi-jack this thread, but does anyone on here know if the women up in Denver are (generally) friendly and open to meeting new people, dating, etc? I know that the few single women here in Colorado Springs act very, at least in my opionion, very stuck up, unaproachable, and act as if they are the center of the universe. I am debating whether or not I should even consider moving to Denver as an option for my last few years of schooling. Furthermore, I am mostly basing this decision on whether or not I will have at least a mediocre chance of being able to date, make new friends, etc up in Denver. If anyone cares to elaborate please let me know. Thanks

This depends on the neighborhood. As you get closer to downtown there are many more men than women, there are also more men than women in Golden. Some of the outlying areas have more equal ratios.

For extremes the highest female to male ratio over 30 would be the valley area of Texas. Beware of places that list way more men than women- they often have large prisons- yes prisons count.

In general resort areas have more men than women, even my little resort town of Rockport, TX because guys are still more mobile than women and they come here to fish, boat, sail and construction.
