Default From Daytona to Denver - looking for nice quiet place

I'm 22 and I'm leaving my hometown of Daytona to move to Denver very shortly. I've just started looking for housing. What neighborhoods or suburbs are best for a young couple starting out not making a whole lot of money (we're not poor but I'm looking for townhomes or houses for around 700-800 a month)? We don't party or need the nightlife. What is a nice, quiet place we can live? It needs to be within 15-20 mins of LoDo as that is where I will be working. Thanks for any help anyone can provide!

15 minutes, that price range and type of house "quiet."

You can't have all four.

You could probably rent a house in the 80010 zipcode (20 minute ish commute) for that money but it is not particularly quiet.

You could get a house for that money way out in the boonies but that kills the 15-20 mins.

You could get a 1 or two bedroom apartment in the Cheeseman Park, Uptown, City Park or even South Broadway areas that would meet the price and commute requirements and depending on exactly where the quiet part too.
