Default commutes to lone tree?

Hello...I've been reading through the commute posts, but haven't found what I am looking for yet.

Can anyone tell me what the commute to Lone Tree (park meadows center drive) would be like during rush hour from any of the following?

A. East Mississippi near S. Parker rd. (I guess 225, Monaco to I-25, or Havana to Hampden to I-25)

B. Lodo

C. Stapleton or Lowry

D. Parker (E-470 & S Jordan or S Parker)

E. Castle Pines or Pinery

I'm moving in a month and won't have time to visit first. I commute an hour now and don't want to repeat that in Denver. Actually thinking about staying right in Lone tree (maybe the metropolitan at lincoln).

Would love to be in a downtown setting or at least walkable neighborhood OR near greenway/bike trails.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
