I forget there are some properties in my area in access of 1.5M. 50K is only buying a small unimproved lot.

The best bet to find the information is to find where the stations are being located; note the zip code and do a search at a real estate site for the the information. To get further information on the parcel, go to the county and search their database for the info the the property.

The web has it all. That is how I would do it...good luck
