If it is a new community, then they do not have much history good or bad.
I usually suggest you talk to people that live there. Are they happy, had any trouble, would they do it again... |

Is this the place off of Parker Rd. in far Southeast Denver? If so, I live right next door at the Renaissance apartments and pass this development every day. There was a sign taken down a few months ago that stated "opening summer 2006". Looks like they were wayyy behind schedule on building.
I like the area I live in and it appears from site advertising that these are condos to be purchased. I thought about it at first and then reconsidered an easy move. I would rather save for a townhome or my own house with property, not buying an apartment oh I meant "condo". |
