If it is a new community, then they do not have much history good or bad.

I usually suggest you talk to people that live there. Are they happy, had any trouble, would they do it again...

Is this the place off of Parker Rd. in far Southeast Denver? If so, I live right next door at the Renaissance apartments and pass this development every day. There was a sign taken down a few months ago that stated "opening summer 2006". Looks like they were wayyy behind schedule on building.

I like the area I live in and it appears from site advertising that these are condos to be purchased. I thought about it at first and then reconsidered an easy move. I would rather save for a townhome or my own house with property, not buying an apartment oh I meant "condo".
