Nice! I've lived here for over two years and still haven't been up to that area to check it out.
Thanks!

How come these pictures it's all sunny and your I-25 shots were extremely gloomy outside? Different days? I really like this set.

Yeah El, the beer's always so much colder when your bar doesn't have any "windows" or needless atmosphere! Or maybe that's just me.
Vegas, the tour started Saturday morning and finished Sunday at about 3:00. So I went from sunny in Pueblo to "frozen fog" from about Security to about the top of Monument/Palmer Divide area, as MFBE so acurately puts it, to gloomy and cold in Denver and Boulder, to pretty darn warm in Arvada the next day and sunny but colder in Commerce City Denver or Adams County Unincorporated.

Ummm... 142? Just kidding. I don't know why it did that or how I could get that effect again.

No, I wanted to go down to I think 44th... and west, to get the rest of that Hilltop neighborhood. I kind of remember a grocery store over there and Singers Liquors and stuff (yup, it's a Safeway), but I wanted to get over to Commerce City;
...then the neighborhood towards Tennyson and my favorite Mexican food place which I took a pic of and put in some Mexican Food thread... Yup, La Casitas 455-2190. I used to order a dozen tamales for 6.00 and a quart of hot green chile to go and an Indian taco while I waited. Yum.
Now back over by Regis, I noticed that the KMart adjacent to the ball fields on Federal is no longer there but the strip mall still is. I think people used to park there and ride to Bronco games but the parking lot there now looks private. Anywho... used to get some good deals at the aforementioned liquor store, but I won't go into that here. Befriending Regis students has its perks.
Thx 4 checkin' them out, Denver! If I had time, I would have looked you guys up... maybe at happy hour. But I'd have to be the designated decoy!
