Cool young RN looking for good denver job and nice apartment complex nearby

Can anyone help me figure out the best place to be an RN at in denver? I want to work at a nice hospital or surgery center that is clean, with advanced technology, computerized charting, nice environment, etc. I only hear of Denver Health, Health One, University of Colorado and Centura Health...and I have applied at all of them. Is there any outpatient type places that have great hours, no weekends, no call?? I am wanting maybe ambulatory surgery, or oncology.
Also, what is the nicest neighborhood with a "suburb" type feel that is closest to all these hospitals downtown....
I am looking for a nice apartment complex, but not a trillion dollar loft 10 stories high in downtown denver. I want it to feel like a suburb..but within 20 minutes driving distance to downtown. are there any complexes in cheeseman park? washington park? I am coming to visit in early april, and will just get lost finding places to interview at i guess....lol

I think you need to first know where work is so that home is less than 20 minutes away.

We do not have a lot of skyscapers outside of downtown. You will see for yourself when you get here.
