I also haven't been to Casa Bonita since I was kid, and it's early on my list...I understand one goes for the experience, not the food <g>...would you say that's accurate?

I've been there once. Interesting is right! The food seemed to be on par with what sits in the warming oven at 7-11, but the atmosphere was fun. Ever see the South Park episode when they went to Casa Bonita?

Denverian got the food situation right. It is entertaining. Prior to my first visit there, I had not eaten a lot of Mexican food, having grown up in Pennsylvania and lived in Illinois farm country for 7 years before I came here.

Visited Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods, and then bought family memberships to the Downtown Aquarium, Denver Zoo, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We've been to all these places multiple times and we've only been here two months. What are some other fun family places we could visit?

I left Denver and went hiking in the Mountains.

I live in Palmer lake, directly across Sundance, Chautauqua, and Rasberry Peaks, so that is my regular stomping grounds, although I have done some of the collegiate peaks too. It's all grand.
