What was the first fun thing you did when you moved to Denver?

Straight up Boulder Canyon, 2nd right at the roundabout in Nederland and followed the road out of town

I drove to Nederland and celebrated at the pub with a nice dinner...by myself!

We did too. Luckily for us, it was right before they started their streak which took them to the World Series so it was easy to get tickets. We went to LoDo, ate at BD Bowl, hung out at the Tattered Cover and then bought tickets to the Rockies game at the box office in front of the stadium. To this day, it is still one of our favorite ways to spend a Sunday.

The following weekend, we headed to Dillon, biked around the lake/resevoir, took a chair lift in Keystone and ate Mexican Food (after living in Florida, we were dying for good Mexican Food) at a little hole-in-the-wall in Dillon.

I was scouting around one night, bored and looking for a place to eat. Think this was my first weekend in Denver.

I came across a huge neon sign, "Centerfold Club"

I was like, OK this should be fun. But as I was drawing near I suddenly felt fear in my heart that God would rain fire and brimstone on me immediately after I get out. LOL.

I'd just lost a job and wouldn't want more tribulations. So I ran away as fast as I could.

I told my co-workers the next week and they were like "YOU IDIOT"
