Aloha Da Furtado! I know Hawaii, my uncle lived there for years and Id visit. Anyway, it sounds like you are looking for the Denver Metro area (Pepsi Center) so you might post this same question on the Denver forum. Since you are new, it is up in a separate section that says Denver and above it says Colorado Springs. Someone from that area can help you. I dont know much about Denver, nice city, big, lots to do. Anyway Mahalo and Aloha!

Affordable is one of those descriptive words that do not tell us much. What is affordable to me, is different than what is afforadable to you.

Average prices here in Denver are steady/stable in general, and you can get an average home for $280,000. Can you buy someting for $200,000 sure. Can you buy something for two million absolutely.

Two years ago, I have a prospective relocation couple from Hawaii, sold their one bedroom by the ocean for $800,000 and gasped everytime we walked into a house/mansion between $725,000 and $825,000. They were so happy to be moving into a area that had such nice places to call home. They settled in Bonnie Brae. Which is central Denver between Colorado & University.

How close would you like to be from the Pepsi Center? 5 minutes? a half an hour? Would you take Light Rail or rather walk?
