Default What is the reputation for Regis University in Denver?

I'm looking for an online graduate program in CS/programming and I've come across Regis University many times: http://www.regis.edu/

It is located in Denver and is ranked pretty highly by U.S. News and World Report. I was wondering if anyone in the area had gone there or knew of others who went there, or knew what kind of reputation the school had.

Thanks!

Default Question

My Mother-in-law obtained her degree from Regis and speaks highly of it. As far as the programming aspect, I can not help. Best of luck to you.

My husband, who had already worked for several decades as a programmer / systems analyst / designer, decided he wanted to go back to school to get a degree in his field. He went to Regis, and was very impressed with the program there. I had gotten my Masters in Computer Science some years earlier (at CU Boulder), and thought the courses he was taking for a Bachelors were of a quality similar to those I took for my Masters.

Bottom line: Regis seems to have an excellent CS program.

I know a few people who went to Regis. It seemed to do fine by them.

Does anyone remember "Ranger Days"?

I got my MBA through them, and now am teaching adjunct at Webster. Regis is well repected for their programs and professors.

I did mine online and it was great! Granted, the administration of the long distance program is outsourced to a company called Bisk, who handled distance education for several schools & universities and there were a couple of hiccups with them as I went through, but all in all it's a great program, administered well.

My friend got his Master's in CIS there and never had any complaints, landed his big job after.
