Default Highlands Ranch Elementary Schools vs Parker vs Castle Pines

I am in the process of relocating into Denver area. I am looking for an excellent elementary school for my kids and would be looking at Highlands Ranch, Parker (Pine Grove Elementary) and Castle Pines North (Timber Trail Elementary). Any suggestions on schools or neighborhood would be greatly appreciated.
I am little concerned about falling house prices and would appreciate any insight into the local real estate market. Thanks!

I don't think you can generalize schools that specifically. Honestly, all of those schools are in Douglas County School District so will be similar in curriculum. Each school will have a different personality based more on the principal, staff, neighborhood and even student body from year to year. You will most likely have to visit, ask questions etc.....

Falling prices? In what price range? If you are targeting just 3 schools, call them. Schedule a visit.

The falling real estate I was referring to was a general trend across the country. Maybe not so much in CO. I don't have much insight into any specific neighborhood or area within, say highlands ranch, that may see further slide in the price..
It would be nice to get into aneighborhood where the price is stable and has good elementary school..
Range 300 to 400K

Those are all good schools and relatively stable neighborhoods.

HR, Castle Pines and parts of Parker are holding their own in most prices ranges.

I think the over $700 market will begin to recover now that banks are lending.

You could get a great deal, have patience and be open minded.
