Default Need Rental Advice in Arvada

I live in the mountains outside of Boulder but my work takes me to locations between Denver and Longmont. I am thinking about renting an apartment that I can use during the week, and would love to live in Boulder, but rental prices are very high. Arvada is looking pretty good and there seems to be some nice areas around there, but I do not know the area very well at all and am wondering about where I might focus my search efforts. I will also be looking at elementary schools for my soon to be fourth grader and would love to hear about local schools in the area.

Thanks so much!
