KEEPERS is on a distinguished road
Question Housing section 8

I am a landlord and I started to go through the process of renting my condo to a woman that is approved in section 8 program in Denver, Colorado. The amount that they paid for her last years was over $1,250.00 per month. The rent of my condo is $1,250.00, so I thought, great, so far so good. Then they told me that the amount that we talked at the beginning was $1,103.00.00 less. I can not afford that, so now, I don't want to do it. What are the comsecuences on this?
I didn't sign any agreement, I just applied to the section 8 program.

If you didn't sign anything then there is no legal agreement unless they can prove you verbally agreed to something.

I think there is probably some kind of landlord association or whatnot that would be better qualified to answer this question than most people here though. This is borderline legal advice...public forums are rarely the best place for such advice.

There is no Rental Agreement unless your request for lease approval is agreed to by all 3 parities... you, the tenant and the Housing Authority...
